    The Monona Terrace is an iconic landmark in Madison. It offers a gorgeous view of the Capitol and an overlook of Lake Monona.

    It is a beautiful area to walk around or take a break at one of the many outdoor tables. Many people enjoy taking a lunch break here or reading a book.

    There is paid parking in the Monona Terrace or paid street parking in the surrounding area. However, the Monona Terrace is best accessed by foot.

    The Monona Terrace is accessible for wheelchairs.

    A nice spot to stop to check out the lake. They have a water fountain and a huge seating area/event area on the roof as well as a Cafe. Good views of the lake from the terrace. Didn't get a chance to see the inside of the building though.

    Musicians are fantastic! They had fun with the audience and their Halloween themed music! The candles set the ambiance perfectly for the evening. I loved it!
