Exceptional service from start to finish. All staff were incredibly kind and warm.
The room was spotless, with a relaxing bathtub and a beautiful view, though the rain hitting the windows could be loud on rainy days.
The lounge-exclusive pool was quiet and very clean. Lounge guests also enjoyed complimentary services on different days — I tried the massage and was extremely satisfied. One staff member was especially memorable; her warm smile and thoughtful service went beyond kindness and were truly healing.
The club lounge food was excellent, and the location with the connected shopping mall was very convenient.
We were very satisfied and will definitely return.

I have a wonderful staycation at this hotel. It was my first time staying at this hotel and was recommended by my friend. The room was cozy and comfortable, view was nice, with a spacious toilet that was just right for one person. I really appreciated the free tv channels, especially being able to watch badminton match live for free. It made the stay even more enjoyable! With Christmas approaching, the hotel has beautifully decorated a Christmas tree in the lobby and even hosts live band performances. It really added to the festive atmosphere and made my stay very enjoyable.
The service overall was good, though there was a small hiccup when housekeeping was missed for my room. Once I informed the staff at the counter, they quickly took care of it, which I appreciated.
The location is excellent as there's MRT station nearby, making it very convenient to get around. There are two malls right downstairs with plenty of food and drink options, so everything I needed was within easy reach.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient staycation spot! 😁

Not my first time staying here. Neither will it be my last time. Have stayed here multiple times this year. Always the best experience staying here not only for the comfort and spaciousness of the rooms here but also for the great hospitality which sets this hotel apart from the other hotels. I will like to specially commend Iryati Hilary for her friendly service always making me and my companions feel welcome. She will always attend to all my requests with a warm welcoming smile and she is dedicated to her work and will always ask us what we need. Will definitely stay at this hotel again 👍🏻
