We recently used OC Executive Cars for service from John Wayne Airport to Disneyland in Anaheim and then back again. Our drivers were prompt, courteous, and professional. Special shout out to our driver Luna. When we arrived in California I was pretty frazzled from our long flight from JFK. I ended up leaving my cell phone in the limo although I didn't realize it until we were already checked in at the hotel. I thought I dropped my phone somewhere at the airport. Needless to say, I was basically panicking. I called OC Executive Cars and they were able to get in touch with Luna. Sure enough, my phone was in the limo. He drove all the way back to the hotel to drop it off personally. He really went above and beyond. That's great customer service. I highly recommend OC Executive Cars.
