My husband and I had five comfortable and memorable days staying in this amazing hotel. From the moment we arrive, we felt warmly welcomed by the staff, from bell boy to front desk and concierges. They were always ready to give advice on places of interest and eateries.
The passage to our room was lined with antique vases just like the museum. The room was large and well furnished.
We visited Panmen twice during our stay as there were so many beautiful sights to enjoy.
My husband forgot to take his new pair of sandals when we checked out. We contacted Mia,the concierge and she arranged to send it to us at our next destination,Shenzhen. Thank you very much Mia.

The room was comfortable, the service was attentive, and the food was delicious.
Everything was well taken care of throughout the stay.
Although the room felt a little dated, it was still comfortable and well maintained.
That said, I personally still prefer congee with simple side dishes — guess it’s just my Chinese palate. 😊
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

The hotel environment are beautiful and you get access to Pan men area FOC. Breakfast spread was plenty . It good for a night stay to experience the environment of the hotel. It a bit far from various tourism spots in Suzhou. Would take around 15-20min to usual spots as the hotel is in the south of the city
Though Didi was easy to get hence no issue for my family to get around
