Patisserie Melanie keeps surprising me with incredible pastries. Their kouignette is absolutely sublime. I usually get my order to go, but everything I have tried has been top quality. In my opinion, it is one of the best pastry spots in San Diego. Prices are on the higher side but totally worth it.

We have been a bunch of times and it has been delicious every time. The pistachio croissant is a staple for us. The lattes, teas, matcha and iced coffee have all been great. It’s a nice place to sit and talk, great light and comfortable atmosphere.

A beautiful boutique-esq cafe with a reasonably priced Espresso menu full of variety, delightful decadent pastries, and knowledgable owner who was an absolute treat to get recommendations from!
I’d always passed by Patisserie Melanie during its off hours and was always curious by the cute and quaint abode.
I was fortunate enough to pop by before work today and hope to visit MORE in the future (Dinner perhaps..?)
