Proshots has handled numerous large events for us. They are very easy to work with and quick to anticipate what we need or how our needs may have changed during the event. They are always professional and polite to our guests. Their knowledge of the conference hotels is especially helpful and they do a great job of retaining the unique needs and requests for our event from year to year – this is very nice that we don't have to spend a lot of time prepping. Proshots goes above and beyond while on-site which allows me to be able to focus on other event demands.
