New building boast an organize office for different sectors. Offices are labeled for public. Queuing system are in place in terms of payment and assessment concerns. Quick and easy steps when acquiring permits. Old city hall building now caters other government agencies for public's convenience. Staff can be efficient sometimes and needs a lot of patience dealing with them.
