We hired QC Catering for my wife’s 45th birthday celebration at Vue’s 50th floor sky lounge in uptown, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. The event was phenomenal, and we’re still receiving compliments days later. Her staff clearly respects her, and she handled every last-minute curveball we threw her way with grace and precision. Bea and Chere were equally exceptional on the planning side, managing everything from menu customization to venue coordination, liquor licensing, and somehow making sense of our admittedly scattered communication. We weren’t the easiest clients, but they made it look effortless.
