Michael and his team at QTS Black Car and Limo are the epitome of professionalism. Our wedding was in a more remote area of DFW and we wanted to make sure transportation was as easy as possible for our guests – Michael and his team made that a reality. Everything from routes to exact timing was covered and we didn’t have to think twice about anything as Michael had it all handled. Our guests even commented on how clean and comfortable the shuttles were! We also booked our exit vehicle from them and it was perfect. We highly recommend Michael and his team for any of your transportation needs!

I cannot say enough great things about Mike and his service. I started planning a 60th surprise party about six months out. From inquiry to execution, Mike was a rockstar! He probed to understand my needs and work within my time constraints and budget.
The party was a mid evil theme and he went above and beyond to bring my vision to life for the “Royal shuttle”. He happily wore a costume and let me put the Royal crest as car magnets on the shuttle. Can absolutely not give him as many props and stars as he deserves! I shuttled about 20 guests in four shifts (there and back) from a half hour away out in the country. He was timely, safe, communicative, on theme and an overall joy to work with! I highly recommend Mike and his service and will look for ways to use him again in the future!

Michael is always on time, a careful driver, and pleasant. He allows plenty of margin on timing to get to the airport. He’s not over-talkative, but carries on good conversation if desired. We use him exclusively, and reserve his services immediately when we plan a trip.
