Come here often to go rock climbing and we are never disappointed! Erin at the front desk always greets us with a smile and interacts with the kids so sweetly. Sad that the wall will be closed starting in January but we are excited to see what the new wall looks like!

Great staff… Wonderful place to teach. José is awesome! Always remembers how we like the room set up for class. José is so respectful, kind and notices things that others don't. Leaves me with a sense of peace & calm.

Huge thanks to Erin and Lee at the Red Mountain Recreation Center! They went above and beyond when my license and credit cards were found in the parking lot. After the number in the system didn’t work, they actually researched my name online, found my father-in-law’s landline, and reached out so I could be contacted. Their kindness, honesty, and extra effort truly made my day. Exceptional service and genuine care—you don’t see that often!
