Its a big and grand ballroom. Very spacious to use as concert hall.
The management could maybe improve the waiting time long queues at their limited toilets available.
They could also provide more elderly care structures for their customers which I saw many seniors attending the concert. Many of them are quite unable to climb up the high steps leading up to their seats behind due to their personal health problems.

This convention hall main entrance at the car park which is not an ideal design. They usually conduct a lot of concerts however the sound system and lighting system are not bad. The hall is not so big and just nice for a small concert. They also held other mice events.

Great conference location, lots to see, do, and eat. But if you're not staying on the island, getting on and off is almost impossible during the week. The lines for the train and the trying to get a cab are a nightmare…
