Ok place to stay. We were travelling ang needed a place to stay as I have a toddler with me and there were no more trips going to our destination late that night. Rates are very affordable and room is clean and spacious. The staff at the desk is also helpful on giving directions on how to commute, what jeep to ride, etc.

The location is excellent, very close to the Coliseum, which we attended for a 3-day event. It's also within walking distance to the market, and there are nearby eateries. The attendant accommodated us well. For me, the room they provided was acceptable; it may not be very new, but it's clean. The air conditioning isn't too strong, but the TV reception is clear. There's no bidet, but it's definitely worth the price for a 3-day stay where we just needed a place to sleep. The room is spacious, has a Bible, and features wall displays with Bible verses. We paid for an extra bed since there were three of us.

I appreciated that our room had a fire extinguisher nearby upon exit, it's close to the stairs, and there's an emergency light in the hallway. Requesting assistance from the front desk was also easy.

To the owner and the staff, kudos to all of you. The next time we need to stay in the area, we'll definitely choose your place again.

Pros:
1. Near Batangas port.
2. Near cityhall, plaza, marker, schools and church.
3. Along highway where jeepneys going to Bauan passes by.
4. Basic room with table and chairs and side table.
5. Light is ok.
6. Basic comport room with balde and tabo.
7. Staff is ok.
8. Aircon is ok.
9. Wifi is good.
