My family and I went a wedding here. It was beautiful. The food was amazing. The chapel was also beautiful. The only thing is the day was hot and we were hot. Other than that. I think it’s beautiful.

I had a July daytime wedding at the Ritz Charles, and my experience with them was fantastic! Communication was always quick and informative, the staff was professional and accommodating, and the venue was absolutely stunning. We had our ceremony in the chapel with our reception in the ballroom, and the entire experience was just perfect. There was plenty of space, delicious food, a clean and professional atmosphere, and lots of spots to take pictures around the venue. Not a lot of brides get to say that their wedding day was perfect, but I do and a big part of that is because of the staff at the Ritz Charles. They advocated for me, they were patient with all of my questions and requests, and they made every last dream of mine come true when it came to my wedding.

The Ritz Charles is THE place to have your wedding reception in the Indy area. They are a one stop shop… food, drinks, cake, dance floor, draping, tables/chairs, table clothes, the list goes on… they make it SO easy while making it look easy. WOW! I cannot speak highly enough about the day of on-site staff who will bring your wedding day to life! The wait staff was extremely professionally, polished & worked quickly. The bar lines were never long & dinner moved extremely quick. AND bonus… the food is DELICIOUS!! We really appreciated the indoor and outdoor space of the Ballroom making our 300 guests feel welcome and gave them enough space. We really appreciated that they allowed us to come in the afternoon prior to our wedding day to make sure that the room was set-up. Emily was great to work with for all the pre-wedding preparations leading up to our big day!
