A very peaceful place with less traffic along Malugay St. but only very noisy during night time you can't sleep well as big bikes and sport cars are getting outside and revving their superior engines. With good gym and pool amenities.

The place is clean, the building maintain its cleanliness, Pest control done Every month at hallway lobby, and etc. Salute to the staff and Admin for always responded politely..

Newly built, nice and cozy place to stay. But one of the things the things I hate is the administrator of this building. If you are asking in a lobby when you ask to send the maintenance. No one will come to you even if you ask several times. Their process here in the admin is slow. but the place is good.
