Thanks to San Diego Party Rentals, our wedding appeared more upscale with upgraded rental items at discounted prices. Our wedding budget was tight, but a relatively simple and noticeable way to elevate an event is through chairs, so we were willing to bend our budget to fit in renting better chairs. Our clear Chiavari chairs for our ceremony and clear Chanel reception chairs definitely made an impact that our guests noticed and commented on. Also hosting our wedding at Scripps Seaside Forum meant we were required to drape the walls, and SDPR came through with the lowest rates.
The invoice reflected prices from their website's pricing list, so I super appreciated the straightforward transparency. While all rental companies add admin and setup/teardown fees, SD Party Rentals' were surprisingly reasonable (read: lower than all the other local rental vendors where we received quotes).
Throughout the planning process, Belinda was wonderful and super responsive… I even caught her responding to an email at 10PM once! I didn't ever wait more than one business day for a response. When my Planner recommended picking up the napkins a day early to start folding them, Belinda accommodated this uncommon request without any pushback and coordinated pickup at their linen warehouse.
On our wedding day, I was informed that her staff was really easy to work with and set up our venue exactly to our layout specifications. We were hoping to rent everything with SD Party Rentals, but they had stopped offering tablescapes, so we turned to Bright for dishware and silverware rentals.
The combination of quality and clean products, transparent and low pricing, and exceptional service is rare in this industry, and San Diego Party Rentals delivered on all fronts. I just wish we lived in San Diego so we could book them for all our event rental needs!
