Brought my fiancé to our City Hall to get our marriage license, and we were pleasantly surprised by how smooth and pleasant the entire experience was!

They have a covered parking area, and from the parking attendants to the office staff, everyone was warm, courteous, and accommodating. The parking staff were very attentive and guided us well.

Special mention to the City Health Office and the team conducting the pre-marriage counseling, they were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their work. Unlike in some places where seminars feel outdated, theirs was engaging and truly meaningful.

Even my fiancé was surprised by the warmth and dedication of the employees. It truly made me proud to showcase our hometown. ❤️

The Local Civil Registry staff were also systematic and accommodating, and all help desks were functional and ready to assist.

Overall, our transaction was easy, organized, and guided every step of the way. Thank you, City Government of Santa Rosa, for having such dedicated public servants who make every visitor or client feel welcomed and well-assisted.
