The venue itself is good and can accomodate big-sized crowds and has just successfuly hosted a PBA game. There are many more features around the stadium:
Such as an olympic-sized pool, tennis and badminton courts. However the lack of parking forcing patrons to take to the streets are a big minus. Major events thereby causes huge traffic jams. The lack of catwalks and sidewalks to channel outgoing patrons after events do not help either. Being out of the way there is a lack of sufficient food options so better eat up before watching a game here. SM Santa Rosa is a moderately long walk away which makes it accessible to people who would rather commute.

Great place for semi big events. Entrance and exit points are accessible or easy to find. Does create traffic directly to Sta Rosa city proper. Though I think it doesn't have enough parking space in relation to its seating capacity.
