Loved our experience it was so nice! I myself got the facial massage along with my aunt and cousin. My mother and other cousin did a 30 min massage. Everyone LOVED their experience and time! The staff was nice, accommodating and well informed. High recommended.

I travel often and have stayed at many hotels, but the level of customer service I received from Denise, the welcoming manager at the W Scottsdale, was truly unmatched. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home with her warm and genuine hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was special and memorable.
On top of that, I found out we both share a love for the San Francisco Giants, which made the conversation even better. It’s rare to feel such a personal connection while traveling, and Denise absolutely delivered that.
When I return to Scottsdale, the W will be my first choice—though I’ll definitely be checking to make sure Denise is there. She’s a true gem and a perfect example of what world-class hospitality should feel like.

As a titanium member, this hotel without question appreciates your status more than any US hotel I have seen. Having more than 120 marriott stays this year, I want to rank this hotel at the very top and elite. Extremely impressed in every way and fully recommend.
