I am so happy that we book the hotel in Seda. Its our first time there. The staff was so accommodating and even sing a Happy birthday Song during breakfast for my Mama's birthday on December 25. It was very memorable and worth the experience. A Christmas Staycation Holiday was memorable for my Parents. The location was perfectly near to all Malls too. Room and Foods was very good worth the price. Definitely be coming back

Room is spacious. Water pressure is great. Complete toiletries. The breakfast has a huge selection. Staff are welcoming and warm. I like that they will guide you to your table.

Excellent hotel with good rooms and very good buffet breakfast spread in terms of quality and variety.

But I have to take away 2 stars due to fact that the hotel had "Casual Smart" dress code for Buffet Breakfast and was turned away when i wore a sweater, shorts and shoes. I mean as a South East Asian, i suppose this was accepted in South East Asia, even when im travelling in Malaysia and around Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, I have never encountered being turned away wearing the exact same thing.

I was told my shorts were too short, so i had no choice, but to return to my room and change. Once i entered the cafe i noticed people were wearing shorts but to be fair it was slightly "longer". But the best part was when i saw non South East Asian in really short denim shorts even shorter than my own so I guess maybe different rules applies.

Deeply disappointed but i would definately be back to stay here, and probably wear a suit and tie the next round.
