We spent five memorable nights at Seda Lio during the last days of December 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience.
The hotel is located in a prime spot with pristine beachfront views. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful; you can hear the ocean and the sound of waves throughout the lobby, bar, restaurant outdoor deck, and pool area. Interestingly, despite the open design, the rooms are exceptionally quiet and guarantee a great night’s sleep. It’s truly relaxing.
The gym was awesome, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the hotel’s signature scent; it’s refreshing, calming, and luxurious. I sincerely hope they never change it.
Last, and most importantly, the greatest asset of the hotel is its staff. I would like to thank everyone from the housekeeping team and front desk staff to the spa masseurs for their warmth and professionalism. A very special thank you to our beautiful host at Seda, Reza. With her calm presence, beautiful smile, and consistently positive attitude, she made us feel welcome every time we approached her. She went above and beyond, paying attention to the smallest details to ensure our stay was perfect.
Seda Lio is a place we will always remember, and we look forward to returning.

Very good value for money. Quite affordable especially during new year season. Outdoors spaces are stunning and access to the beach is really nice. There are water equipment you can use with no extra cost. Breakfast included, good buffet.
The pool and other facilities are highly appreciated. Personnel is very nice and helpful.
Only downside, rooms are little but worn down (at least the one I stayed). Will definitely go back there if i come back to Lio beach but perhaps in a different room category.

Our experience at Seda Lio was top notch from beginning to end. We were met at the airport with a lovely staff member who escorted us to the transportation to the hotel. It is a short ride. Once we pulled into the front of the resort, the view was truly breathtaking. The staff were helpful as we checked in and welcomed us with a lovely welcome drink as we got checked in.
Our room was amazing, too. Huge and very clean, with a view of ocean. Great air-conditioning and the world’s most comfortable beds, amazing bath products and the WiFi on the property was great as well.
While the pool was under construction, it looks like it will be huge and amazing when it’s completed — which appears to be quite soon. But no worries, we enjoyed the secluded beachfront (and were unmolested by the nik-niks that we had heard so much about), a complimentary day-trip to the amazing Pangulasian Island resort and access to the cozy pool at the neighboring Huni resort.
The breakfast buffet had an amazing variety and the restaurant menu was extensive and delicious. We also loved the proximity of the cluster of wonderful beachside bars and restaurants a short stroll away that have a much calmer feel than in El Nido town and other nearby hotspots.
Our stay at Seda Lio was everything we good have hoped for and more. We cannot wait to come back again.
