Sherry at Serenity @ 65th is hands down one of the most pleasant landlords I have had the opportunity to work with. In my line of business I work with landlords consistently on a daily basis. Not only does Sherry maintain an extremely clean and orderly property, she is attentive to ALL issues in a timely manner. She genuinely cares for each of her tenants. She is respectful, thoughtful and efficient. It has been an extreme pleasure to work with her.

I spent one year living at this complex, which I find very much convenient and most of all comfortable, the place is well kept, properly maintained and the administrative staff responded quickly to all request that was made.
In regard to my neighbors who lived in the unit above me, they have no regards for those who live beneath and it’s not just at this complex in Myrtle Beach. I’ve experienced it in other complex where I live before.
I would not hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to call their home short or long-term. Serenity @65 is the place to be. I love this place

Just moved out yesterday and I know I’m gonna miss Sherry more than anything. She has always been incredibly understanding and accommodating. She was almost always available, quick to reply, and very reliable. Nothing was wrong with the space, we were the first tenants in our unit, we are only moving to be closer to work. We will miss you, and our neighbors!
