One of the Good Mall here in Butuan City. Most of the popular Brand shops are available here. Variety of food chains also available so have choice of food. Good parking area on ground as well as on the rooftop of the mall also. Elevators are available in different areas for easy movement between the different floors.

After a long airplane journey, we took a cab and we arrive o this mall, and we found exactly what we were looking for. It’s a big mall with everything you could ever want. I particularly love the middle-class style, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s a great place to spend time with the loves one or family or friends, and there are so many different stores to explore. I’ll definitely be back here again. One thing I wish they had more of is seating areas. And when you finish shopping more cabs to take. Overall, it was a great experience, I’ll back again

Lots of great stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend it if you are a foreigner visiting Cebu. In my city in the USA, we have nothing to compare with this mall.
I particularly like the inner courtyard with its separate shops. I also enjoy seeing people's pets as the mall is pet friendly.
In that vein, A little shocking I saw them giving pet spay and neuter Write out in public. Many stores have never I have never experienced before, with the korean aesthetic definitely on the rise in the far east.
