Most thoughtful service Ive ever received from an acommodation. Staff are helpful and nice, never forget to greet and assist me in simple ways. With the parking of my bike, with my luggage, with openning the door when my hands are full. The rooms are well maintained. We had an issue that was greatly solved. My room was reserved by another guest in my second day of stay, but when i checked in I wasnt sure if Im gonna extend my stay. So I was in another city and they called saying that the guest is waiting for my room. I said well I cant checkout or transfer rn im not in the city. So what they did is transfer my things to my new room. And they did not just transferred it, everything arranged the way i left it in my old room. Where the shoes are, toothbrush, open luggage, separate dirty clothes, laptop below the TV. I am more than thankful and impressed.

Nice hotel and rooms. Called regarding changing rooms due to weak signal of wifi inside the room as well as the aircon was a bit weak. Our concern wasnt attended to after that.

Aircon was defective. I complained and staff tried to check made it operational for a while but stopped working while i was asleep so I just opened the window since am to tire to complain again. I did informed their frontage next morning but they seem to ignore and unapologetic about it. Hotel and restaurant Staff need more training not just to greet guest
