The "ODESZA & Friends" theme class brought the perfect mix of euphoric beats, emotional drops, and high-energy moments that had me completely in the zone from start to finish. Every track felt like it was made to move to—chills, sweat, and soul all in one.

And Catherine—wow. She absolutely crushed it. Her energy is magnetic, her cues are on point, and she somehow knows exactly when to push you harder and when to let the music carry you. She created a space that felt both electric and personal, where we could show up fully, ride hard, and vibe out!

Big shoutout to the amazing girls at the front desk—they were so sweet, welcoming, and incredibly helpful during check-in. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with big smiles and great energy, making the whole experience feel effortless and fun. Whether it was helping with my bike setup or just making sure I felt comfortable and ready for class, they went above and beyond. You can tell they genuinely care and love what they do—it really set the tone for an awesome ride!

    Will definitely be going back.

I'm getting close to my 50th ride at SoulCycle, and I can't be happier with my decision to join the SoulCycle community. I struggled with depression the first year I moved to Seattle, and after 12 months of being dragged by a sedentary lifestyle and blaming the PNW weather, I'm so thankful I found SoulCycle.

The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. I love how they always welcome you with a big smile and make you feel like they're happy to see you. All instructors are incredibly motivating, and I'm fascinated by their ability to adjust their class when newer riders are present. Shout Out to Victoria, Mat, Stephanie, and Catherine!. Due to schedule conflicts, I haven't been able to book a class with the rest of the instructors, but I have seen them joining some classes as riders, and it's admirable to see the support and healthy culture they have. The 60-minute Soulsurvivor classes led by Victoria, Mat, and Stephanie are my favorites.

I've also attended classes at the BKHT and Palo Alto, and they both have the same Positive and Energetic culture. I only wish I could use my passes in other locations without having to buy a separate class, but I understand that each location/market needs to have and adjust its local rates.

SoulCycle got me out of a very dark space. I have been doing indoor cycling for years, but I have finally found the right place to become loyal.

The energy is up up up on this studio! Love it here! And love the staff. Stephanie is one of the best instructors. Will always come back.
