Chef Ashley and her team planned and executed the most memorable meal for 12 discerning foodies celebrating a friend’s 70th birthday. We even planned the entire weekend in Wimberley around the name of her business “Southern with a French Twist”
We combined both Texas and French elements, which was perfect since our birthday girl is headed to Paris in a couple of weeks. All the food was delicious and beautiful to look at, but the very best part was that all of us got to enjoy our happy hour time and pre and post dinner toasts without having to mess with food and plates and cleaning up! They even slipped out the door after they left the kitchen spotless! I cannot recommend Chef Ashley enough— She loves what she does and it truly shows!!

We had an incredible experience with Chef Ashley for the a private Supper Club event in Austin. From planning through execution, she was so easy to work with; she was communicative, flexible, and thoughtful every step of the way. The food was beautifully prepared and perfectly suited for an intimate, conversation-driven dinner, and the churros were the highlight of the night (we may have eaten the leftovers for breakfast the next day…). Her staff was equally wonderful and made the entire evening feel elevated and effortless. We would absolutely work with Chef Ashley again and highly recommend her for events of all types!
