I’ve had the pleasure of trying out a few different classes at this new studio featuring hot yoga and pilates, and I can honestly say it’s amazing! The studio itself is absolutely gorgeous. It is clean and beautifully designed + has fun colored lights! Every time I’ve walked in, I’ve been greeted by friendly faces, and the instructors (along with the owner, Maggie) create such a welcoming and supportive environment. You can tell they truly care about giving everyone a great experience.
The workouts are fantastic! I leave every class feeling challenged yet refreshed. They also make it super convenient: mats are available to rent for $5, and they sell sticky socks for reformer pilates for just $5 as well. Right now, they’re even offering one free class on their website so you can check it out for yourself.
I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a beautiful space to move, sweat, and feel good. I’m really looking forward to taking more classes here and wishing them so much success as they prepare for their grand opening on September 6th!

I took a sculpt and glow class here with Monica and I loved it! Her energy was amazing and her music was great. The class was heated but not unbearably hot. They have mats to rent for $5 and give cold towels at the end of class. I do wish that more weights were used during the sculpt class and that there was more time spent doing upper body and core, as the majority of the workout was lower body.
