The facade has a welcoming atmosphere or attention catcher to the guests. I love the open space outside the building with lots of still Christmas lights to attract the guests. The convention hall is quite really good for the event or any occassions like wedding,birthdays, corporate meeting, cocktail party, JS Prom,exhibition show or even any program with performances because it has a main stage. I've been here for Dinner to Care event, a dinner/concert for a cause. It is such a great experience meeting up with other well known entrepreneurs in Tarlac City. The guests performers on the event are the Women of Song and Pinky Marquez is absolutely amazing singer.

Went to this place last Nov 7th and its a wide stadium for big events gathering. Nothing special about the place.
