Our family has used Texas Shuttle several times and have always been pleased with their service. Our driver Wayne was prompt and very polite. He communicated with text before the airport pickup and was professional and friendly the whole ride home. He was also extra considerate towards the needs of our elderly father. We will request him the next time we need this service.

My driver was Alan Cook. He was fabulous. He texted me the night before to let me know he would pick me up at my scheduled time. He was also early for my pick up, which I appreciated.
Alan was very professional and we had great conversations to Dallas for the little over 2 hour ride.
This was my second time using this service and both times were great.
This is a very reliable service and I highly recommend them.
I will be using it again during the holidays.
Maybe Alan will be my driver again?

Sean was really fantastic, kept us informed about his arrival to pick us up and got us to DFW and our terminal smooth as could be. I honestly could not ask for a better driver, I think he's a safer driver then I've been in the past 30 years (got my license in the mid 1970s for reference). I would use Texas Shuttle again, no doubt. Easy, reliable, courteous and safe. Thank you for your help with our trip.
