We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the STILE. Check in and check out were easy, and the interior design was interesting and beautiful. The free drip coffee they provided in the morning in the lobby was so good, we made sure to grab a cup every day!
The rooms: We enjoyed the complimentary face masks and the korean toiletries that were provided. The beds are very hard. If you like a pillowy soft mattress, this is not the place for you. The beds were really the only downside of the rooms. Given that it was a renovated hotel they were able to fit rooms together in a way that was a creative way to use the space. Full windows all around so the view was great – we were able to see the fireworks from the Dodger's winning the world series from our bed!
Rooftop bar: The upstairs bar is a little pricey but it was packed on Halloween so it must still be a place that is a destination to go, and the rooftop views may justify the slightly higher price tag. As it is, the drinks were just ok, but the views were nice.
Location: The location was great! We were able to get to many places via public transport with minimal walking to get to a station. You can take the metro lines all the way from the airport, which was nice. It is walking distance to several museums and the downtown food market hall which has a good selection of places to eat in a casual setting.
Overall, I would stay here again!

This hotel is awesome. Clean, art deco, great staff communication . Whoever thought of the idea to put a sound machine in the room is genius. Able to sleep just fine with no noise at all. Absolutely nothing wrong with this place and if you’re going to see a show at the United Theatre, you’re literally 100 steps away. I will be back

Small but totally adequate room for two people. Has everything we needed and we were quite comfortable. Loved the earplug and sound machine option but we just enjoyed the city noise with the window open. Loved the keyless entry and not having to worry about a key card. The gym was closed during our stay which I was bummed about but hopefully it’s getting a nice upgrade as I’d love to come back and stay next time I have a concert downtown.
