I had a great evening with my family and a friend. Lovely meal from the 60s menu! Very enjoyable too. The quiz was fun too. The people at our table were really friendly and we all joined in with the quiz. A lovely evening in lovely surroundings. A very popular event.

We had a fantastic stay, including prosecco, breakfast & afternoon tea at the Assembly house (beauty and the beast). We stayed in room 6, which was decorated beautifully, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Afternoon tea was fabulous, service was attentive, and we enjoyed everything we tried. Breakfast the following morning was delicious. I was able to get a vegetarian fry up which was tasty, plentiful loose teas, coffees and toast was available too.

We had a fantastic first time stay for my 30th Birthday including prosecco, breakfast & afternoon tea at the Assembly house (Beauty and the Beast theme).
We stayed in room 8, which was lovely, spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable!
Afternoon tea was delicious and we loved all the fine attention to detail. They even added a surprise candle and cake to the platter for my birthday. There was so much food we had to take some home with us!
All members of staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. A special thanks to Jane on Reception for helping us when we arrived.
Breakfast the following morning was delicious.
Thank you Assembly House for a perfect stay. We will be returning!
