Robert and Victoria have been amazing to work with since day one! They made the whole home-buying process smooth and easy. When things got complicated near closing, due to my student loans reporting wrong and communication issues from my lender, Robert stepped in and did everything in his power to help assist me and get me answers. He went above and beyond to help my family and I get our dream home and get to our closing date!
He worked around the clock-weekends and July 4th weekend, helped me get through one issue after another-from student loans reporting falsely and loan officers going on vacation when I was “their priority”, and the house being put back on market unbeknownst to us. Robert and Victoria helped me work through all issues fast and professionally, kept calm and composed, escalated situation to higher ups when appropriate action not taken, were prompt with communication- email, text and calls, worked to get us the best deal and did everything in their power to get us into our home fast and in our price range. Went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
If you want an honest, hard-working realtor that will go to bat for you and get you the home you deserve, then call Robert! I can’t say enough good things about him and Victoria. They are so sweet and were such a pleasure working with. My family is very appreciative of their hard work and dedication to getting my family into our dream home. In a few years, when I decide to upgrade, I will definitely call Robert again to help! They have done so much good and have went out of their way to make the whole process easier for my family and I; I know they will be blessed with a lot of good karma! Victoria Guzek was an amazing realtor! We are so happy to have found her. Our homebuying experience was exceptional and a total breeze! We closed within a month. Victoria was so helpful in finding a home in exactly the neighborhood we wanted. Communication was always prompt: calls, texts, emails so very expedient to address all our needs, and answer all our questions.
