We were very happy to stay here right in the inner harbor. It was very easy to get around town by walking or cab or ride share. We walked very easily to Camden Yards to see a ball game. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We couldn’t be happier during our stay. It was an extended weekend and everything at the hotel went smoothly. It was a very good value and a nice hotel.

The Renaissance Baltimore Harbor Hotel made our stay in the city an excellent one. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The bellman who greeted us was especially fantastic, friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Though I can’t recall his name, he truly set the tone for the rest of our visit. We arrived earlier than check-in time, and the staff was kind enough to let us check our bags while we waited for our room, which made exploring the harbor stress-free.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and well-maintained. The lounge is stylish and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind. I also enjoyed the coffee shop located right in the lobby, very convenient and surprisingly good quality for a hotel café.

Our room was spotless, with beds and pillows that were genuinely comfortable. The hot water in the shower was strong and consistent, which is always a plus after a long day of travel. While we didn’t get a chance to visit the pool, everything else we experienced left a very positive impression.

Overall, this is a clean, welcoming, and comfortable hotel with excellent service and thoughtful touches. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Baltimore.

We had a great experience here. Every single member of the staff was fantastic, welcoming and helpful. It was a busy weekend and there were issues with the elevators, so the staff worked incredibly hard to accommodate everyone and help speed the process of getting upstairs. I can't say enough about the front desk staff and the staff checking bags. Every single one of them just made it such a warm experience. I believe it was Marcus (he seemed to be in charge at the bag check desk) greeted us with "hey family!" every time we walked in. The room was nice and clean, had a great view of the WTC and the harbor. Location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to every restaurant we went to, as well as the baseball field for the Orioles/Yankees game. Overall a fantastic experience!
