Great location and building. It's not an architectural breakthrough but who wants to LIVE in one of those? This building has an excellent residential quality. Very well decorated and maintained. Management seriously concerned with safety and organization. Amenities are amazing. Prices according to quality. Would agree with previous review in the need of adding exterior lighting as per sales renderings. It would better up the skyline …and some nice palm trees outside won't hurt either
