I had a great experience. I booked my stay the same day I was showing up. Valet was amazing – super kind, and also thoughtful remembering I had an early flight and were available to have my car ready up front for me. Front desk was great, room was ready a few hours after booked so as soon as we got there. Room was exactly what I wanted and exactly as pictured. Was able to run around the entire city all night and right next to the subway. Absolutely loved it and will be back !

Loved our stay….from the nice, clean, comfortable room to the wonderful Parallel 46 restaurant, to the location, it was an incredible stay. I gave Service 4-stars only because they ran out of coffee for the in-room coffee makers. The rest of the service delivery was top-notch.

I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE whether it be a business trip or just to explore the city. It is in the absolute PERFECT location with so many places to visit in walking distance. As you walk into the lobby you immediately notice the relaxing upscale ambiance (that smells delightful). The bar was very inviting. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, from parking our car to checking us in early. Upon departure I expressed a small concern and the General Manager, Tom Santaniello addressed it immediately and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our stay. If you are visiting Boston, stay at The Bostonian!!
