This hotel is amazing! We had dinner at Palace Arms while staying at a different hotel and decided to switch or room to the Brown Palace the next morning. Upon check in, I was highly impressed with the front desk staff. We decided to try out the afternoon tea right when we checked in (likely looking like we had been dragged through bushes) Tina at tea time was amazing! Super knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great recommendations! The beds were very comfy. The architecture is beautiful and truly a must see. I completely forgot the girls name at the spa, she had black hair with red streaks. She was lovely, super helpful and pleasant. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. I highly recommend trying the peach bellinis, eggs benedict and the croissants. Ask for Jenny if she is there! She made our breakfast one of the best I've had. I will definitely be back!

Didn’t stay here but amazing food! My 2 friends and her family went for her birthday. Driving and location was easy, but bit hard to park. We went for afternoon tea, and were delicious. The mini chocolate cakes and scones were my favorite. We ordered the Birthday party, decaf mango, and chocolate chai supreme for tea. Mango was my personal favorite. Lemon custard was absolutely amazing! Everything elegant and fancy and perfect. Definitely recommend going!

I had a wonderful stay at The Brown Palace! The hotel has such a timeless charm and character that makes the whole experience feel special. I especially loved the afternoon tea service, it was such a relaxing and elegant touch. The live music added to the atmosphere beautifully and made it even more memorable. Overall, a perfect combination of history, comfort, and hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!
