Wow what an amazing hotel! I am so so glad we came here for our training class! The experience was total luxury and made me feel like I was a royal! The food was so, so delicious. The location is beautiful! Staff was so friendly and helpful. I hope to come back here soon and experience luxury again!

I have never been treated so good at a hotel. Tony checked us in and treated us like family. He really made us feel special and the hotel was immaculate. He asked us if we were celebrating anything which we were, my girlfriend's college degree and birthday. He gave us some drink coupons and upgraded our room. The room was amazing and the bar staff were excellent. I have been traveling for 35 years and this experience was one of the best.

We stayed the night for my birthday last weekend and were not impressed by the service we received during the hotel's free social half hour. We checked in around 5 and were told that from 5-5:30 we could have a glass on the house. The venue had changed from a room off the bar to the bar itself b/c of a wedding. We checked in and came back down for a little birthday bubbly at 5:20. It was pretty busy so we sat at a table for a few minutes, but no one came by so we went to the bar. My husband asked about the free champagne and was told "It only lasts until 5:30 but you can order a drink." My husband looked at his watch again and said "But it's not 5:30 yet." The bartender repeated that it was after 5:30 and we could order a drink. If you're going to advertise this as something that occurs from 5 to 5:30, have the courtesy to do that. If not, change it to what it really appeared to be- a free drink if you got there before the allotted handful of bottles ran out. Or, if using bar time, make it more than fifteen minutes long. My husband joked on our way back to our room about the ludicrousness of trying to convince someone who has a very precise watch (satellite-based) that the time is wrong but it wasn't really funny, the gaslighting was unnecessary, and it made for a sad start to my birthday weekend.
