Everything about this place is 5 star. From the service of the staff – exceptional, concierge, front desk, chefs, wait staff – where do I begin to thank you for your personalised service. The breakfast – kaya toast, soft eggs and delicious coffee. The rooms so colonial inspired, yet modern and so clean. The surprise gifts blew me away. What a location – straight across from city hall mrt and bus close by. I highly recommend Capitol Kempinski – a hidden gem, the best staff and chefs – you truly make this place something special. See you again soon! ( Mr Om, you are iconic we love you and thank you)

Truly impressed by the quality of service from the hotel staff in Kempinski. Thank you for being so respectful to all who have come by to the hotel and providing them with upmost care and service, regardless of hotel guests and in my case, as a external vendor who came by for bridal assignments. I was greeted with enthusiastic staff who were super helpful in unloading my baggage and were super efficient in helping me reach my client in time. And when I was departing from the hotel, the same quality help was rendered. So much so that I have to come by to drop a stellar review to show my appreciation. And this is by no means any sarcasm, just based on personal experiences of mine, especially when my job requires me to travel to many different hotels around the island. This is an exemplar of how a 5-star hotel should be!

The Capitol Kempinski was an absolutely wonderful stay for me and my family! My husband and I and my in-laws stayed here for 3 nights and we found the hotel beautiful, clean, and with impeccable service. Our server Lisa was so kind to bring my in-laws and my husband their favorite chai masala every morning and she made sure we got our favorite breakfast pastries sent to our table. The food was delicious and our rooms were very comfortable and stocked with every amenity we needed. They even provided some sweet treats for me and my husband for our anniversary. Guest services were warm and friendly and very helpful in getting our bags to and from our taxi. We would love to return here one day if we ever come back to Singapore!
