We absolutely love living at the Carling. We've been here 3 years and aren't planning on moving any time soon!!. The downtown night views are INCREDIBLE and it's very quiet in our apartment daytime and nighttime. The few service requests we have had have been handled quickly and efficiently by Theodore. The office staff are always helpful aand informative. I also love the monthly happenings calendar placed in the elevators. Fellow residents are nice and respectful and the coffee service in the lobby is a great bonus!!

It's been just 6 months here for me at the Carling. And I've met good neighbors, I've enjoyed walking and exploring downtown and I finally started my New Year's resolution to exercise more, thanks to the in-house gym. Best of all, our staff and maintenance team have made living here a pleasure.

I have been here for I think 4 weeks (minus 13 days in Portugal) but so far the staff has been very accommodating. Especially Zack. Thank you Zack ✌️.. but I really want to make use of the 6th fl. Patio. Hardly anyone comes up here. Even on a Friday/Saturday night.. ( at least when I do.. which is a lot of different times) I was hoping to meet the people that live so close to me. I am getting used to my square. Just praying/hoping to make some friends In The building. Yeah I’m older and recently divorced.. but I like to jog at a slow and comfortable pace.. until down hill on the bridges. do yoga and like hiking 🥾 .. in Tennessee ( who knew) and love life. Laughter, and just being happy
