From check in to valet, this place delivers. Had a wonderful experience here with my family. Staff were professional and very helpful. Really enjoyed breakfast here. Location is great for access to millennium park and much more. There is a lot of competition in the city in this category and the CAA really stands out for the heritage and also professionalism of the team. I’m semi local and will definitely be returning. Don’t forget that you can’t valet park on Michigan Ave, need to access from E Madison – easy if you’re thinking ahead.

Such an amazing stay! The minute we stepped into the Chicago Athletic Club – we were treated like royalty. Amazing customer service, beautiful views depending on where your room is of Millennium Park. Plus for us is the Shake Shack room service. Rooms were clean and had good amenity options.

Great location. The style is nostalgic and fun. Feels unique compared to modern / sterile hotels. The staff is super helpful and friendly.
Cindy’s rooftop has great food and cocktails but the view is the real reason to go.
Rooms are nice. A bit small but had everything we needed. Would come back in a heartbeat.
