Rooms need to be updated and refreshed for my personal preference, it definitely gives boutique hotel vibes if that’s what you enjoy. There no microwave in the room, if you want one there’s a $10 fee for it, LADIES, there’s no makeup wipes/towels or any of the amenities you’d expect with it being associated with the Marriott. There’s a bar in the lobby right when you enter the hotel which I loved especially after traveling all day. The hotel was very clean, lobby had a more modern updated vibe and feel. It’s right next to the “corn cob” buildings which was very cool, everything is walking distance LITERALLY we never walked more than 5 minutes to do anything. The location is unbelievable.
Service was amazing! Thank you so much Sarah, Richard, and Daniel for the AMAZING customer service you provided it made our trip 10x better, you are the definition of above and beyond! The staff are kind and clearly customer service oriented. The bar drinks were strong and delicious!
Fair warning ⚠️ PARKING WILL BE A CHALLENGE SO PLAN AHEAD! We chose to park at the hotel because it made the most sense and was the most affordable, kept our car out of the elements and protected in a valet parking area. It was 84$ per night to be exact ( it seems expensive when you first hear it until you get other rates surrounding the hotel haha!), you could leave and bring your car back which was great. We loved our stay and I highly recommend it! The picture attached is front a city view, King room, on the 15th floor.

Valet. Parking lot seemed closed- was empty (see pics), but available self pkg lots one block away. Rooms were a bit dated for an Autograph Marriott property. VERY over-priced, but good cetral location. Some rooms have river views (pics).

Rooms felt dated and well worn, visible wear and tear on most furniture. The pictures online were much nicer than the impression I got in person. The interior decor of the rooms was also crazy, there are winged armchairs covered in a snakeskin pleather in every room. The bathrooms also had some *creative* design choices. Half of the front desk staff seemed to lack the helpful, friendly energy that you expect from folks in hospitality. Location was great, but this stay was lacking for the price point.
