Had a great experience living with circle city apartments. We lived in a winter house studio for 2 1/2 years. They were always quick with maintenance requests and super helpful with any questions we had. Very clean and I always felt safe. The amenities are great too. We had a couple lousy neighbors but for the most part the community is very fun, lots of sweet people. We faced north where there’s a food pantry, so mid morning, people got kinda loud and crazy in the alleyway. But we’re early risers so it didn’t bother us most of the time.

Living at Circle City Apartments was an absolute pleasure. From going down to get my coffee in the morning, to having my mid morning work out the quietness of this location is a great get away from the busy inner city downtown life. The staff was always helpful and available, maintenance could fix anything and the occupants were quiet and always friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better place to start my city life all over again. I would recommend anyone to live here. Affordable, Great location and you will enjoy the peace and quiet once the doors close on the city!

I lived in the Spink building for 2 years. I only ended up moving because I got a new job out of state. The building was in a great location, clean, and well maintained. Easy access to the pool and fitness center at the Winterhouse was really nice. Every interaction I had with Circle City Apartments was good. People in the leasing office were helpful and friendly. Maintenance was very responsive and efficient. If I ever move back to Indy I’d look into living there again.
