    When I heard about a prime steak house in Dade city I was very surprised. I went online and made a reservation. The ambience of the whole place was modern but classic all at the same time. I got a mom and pop feel with the entree coming with a salad, potato and a desert. But with an elevated experience with the lighting and attention to detail. The beautifully plated dishes and high end service of a big city restaurant. The Delmonico steak was cooked very good. The cocktails are very well made. Definitely recommend to come here anytime you are looking for a beautiful dinner with loved ones or friends.

    I stopped into The Citrus Room to treat myself, and it ended up being one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time.

    I started with a blackberry mojito that paired perfectly with my fresh salad topped with Parmesan dressing, light, refreshing, and a great way to open the meal. From there, I went all in on the 14 oz bison ribeye, and it did not disappoint. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly to let the natural flavor of the bison shine, with a beautiful char on the outside and tender, juicy meat inside.

    For dessert, I had the apple butter cheesecake, which was rich, spiced just right, and the ideal way to finish. I also ordered an Eagle Rare bourbon, not to rush through but to sip slowly and complement the steak.

    The service was excellent, attentive, respectful, and paced just right. The whole experience felt elegant but comfortable.

    If you want a true fine dining gem in Dade City, The Citrus Room is it.
