Another fabulous trip to the Cleveland Tontine. Three of us had lunch in the lovely room beside the bar area. We were joined later by my nephew and sister in law for pudding and coffee. The new general manager (Marie) looked after us along with her staff. I cannot tell you how welcoming the staff were. Lunch was great.

We booked 3 rooms for the weekend for our sons and ourselves.
I have to tell you that the rooms were spotless, the showers were hot and very powerful. The beds very comfortable. Dinner was excellent and so was the breakfast. Besides being incredible value, I want to say that the staff were polite, helpful and generally fantastic. Well done and thank you again.

We had very nice family Sunday lunch with my mother who is 90. The staff were lovely and very helpful and gave us a bright table as she has poor vision. Good Sunday roast reasonably priced. Great building and rooms. Nice atmosphere but there is no disabled access. The only access is via stairs and there are a lot of stairs. What about a stair lift??
