I’ve always loved CBTL, and this branch is no exception. They serve consistently good coffee, great food, and the staff is always warm and friendly.
The ambiance is exactly what you’d expect—cozy and calm, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. I especially love studying here because of the peaceful atmosphere.

First time to visit this branch as we don't go to Robinsons Gentri on a regular basis due to traffic conditions and the distance between our residence and this mall. Last year, we only had to come here for the Covid vaccines.
This CBTL branch is just by the entrance. CBTL on the left, Starbucks on the right.
The barista and the others were all nice and accommodating. There were no more available tumblers but it was okay, we still got to have our 3rd card stamped.
We were at the far end of the cafe (near the hidden toilet) when some men came in. It turned out that the old man from the other table is or was a Brgy. Capt. A few moments later, More men came in, started talking to the other customers that turned out to be their companions, too. Then I noticed that they were with the Mayor. I gave a slight bow / downward nod to greet him and I think he acknowledged the greeting.
They didn't have an intimidating aura. They were just there to chill and talk to the city engineers, I think. They were also considerate and respectful enough not to ask us to transfer to a different table. We took it upon ourselves to just move to the other far end (near the entrance) so they could talk amongst themselves comfortably.

If you want a quiet place, a coffee shop to hang out, rest and a have meeting, then Coffee Bean or CBTL is always the best choice, compared to others.
Always have a spacious and clean ambiance. Very simple. If you are a coffee lover then their coffee is arguably a better choice. Always go for a double shot of espresso on your hot coffee, if you really want that coffee taste, and not a milky coffee taste.
