Came here for breakfast. The staff's super friendly. They greet you with a smile. Priceless. You can even ask for suggestion if you're unsure what to order. The atmosphere is great. The drinks superb. The food no complaints. Very nice

Friendly and helpful staff, Wi-Fi for loyalty card holders. Venue is clean, service is efficient. Large coffee late with no foam. Chocolate moca muffin taste great. In the centre of Gateway 1 & 2. Great with friends or date.

The staff at the counter, Ezekiel Matthew, was so mean and so early in the morning too. The woman in front me spoke faintly and said she wanted a drink with chocolate in the name. Ezekiel didn't catch all of it but instead of asking her to say it again, he said "What about the chocolate?". So rude. When it was my turn, I gave him my card for payment, and he showed me the terminal. I thought he was telling me to pull my card. I had barely touched it and he raised his voice saying "huwag niyo hawakan! maka cancel yan eh!". I was livid to be honest. And he treated everyone in line like a total prick. The server though, bless him, I didn't get his name, is a mute genteleman who was very kind despite not being able to speak. He's the only redeeming factor of this branch.
