I love this concept! My favorite seat is at Prairie Artesian Ales! The staff is fabulous and the beers are cold. If you like things on the sweet side, Tiny Esses, Tropical Esses, and Bahama Llama are THE WAY to go! And be sure to grab some from the fridge to take home to enjoy later. Made locally in Oklahoma!

We went to The Collaborative in OKC for the first time and really enjoyed it! It’s a fun setup with several different small businesses, so everyone in our group could find something they liked. It’s a great place to go with friends or family when no one can agree on the same restaurant.
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the staff we interacted with were all kind and helpful.
There are a couple of things I wish we’d known before going. It’s a cashless system for food purchases, so you’ll need a gift card, which you can get at the bar in the back. It wasn’t difficult to figure out, but there weren’t any signs explaining the process, so it took us a little extra time. Also, because it’s located downtown, parking isn’t free and can be a bit limited, so it’s worth planning ahead to avoid feeling rushed when you arrive.
Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back. Now that we know how everything works, I’m sure our next visit will go even more smoothly!

This is a good place to come grab a drink or two and have a decent bite to eat. The bar area was pretty nice. A little more upscale than I expected and they do have a ton of different drinks and beers. The food was just okay. It's as if they colocated a bunch of food trucks. I'd go back again but I wouldn't write home about it.
