I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Arts District for a conference and was so impressed from start to finish. Everyone, from the garage attendants and bellmen to the front desk, was genuinely friendly and welcoming. My room had gorgeous views of the city and was stocked with every amenity you could think of (or might have forgotten.)

The conference spaces were spacious, beautifully designed, and clearly managed by a team that takes pride in attention to detail and exceptional service. I also dined at the 11th-floor restaurant twice: once for a catered event and once à la carte and both meals were outstanding, made with fresh ingredients and real care.

An all-around fantastic experience that perfectly blends comfort, service, and style. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the JW Marriott Dallas Arts District this past weekend for the LeadHer Summit and was blown away. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and seamless—every team member I interacted with went out of their way to help. My room was pristine, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable; I slept better here than I do at home.

The location is fantastic—steps from the museums and great dining—and the hotel itself feels modern and artful without being pretentious. Housekeeping was impeccable, and small touches (thoughtful amenities, quick responses via text/phone, smooth check-in and check-out) made a busy conference weekend feel effortless. The conference spaces were well organized and tech-ready, which I really appreciated.

I’d absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to colleagues and friends. Five stars all around!

Our stay at the JW Marriott was one of happiness, elegance, and warm hospitality. As it is our tenth anniversary, we were surprised with the bed decorated with rose petals and swans made out of towels, quite creative! The accommodations are of course superb in the Museum suite. After dinner, we enjoyed coming back to the room to a handwritten card from Olive and the team at the JW wishing us a happy anniversary. It was *THE most* touching sentiment I’ve ever received from a non-family member. She helped us to feel so incredibly special by reaching out days before to plan the special surprise and decorations for my husband and then sending us robes, bonbons, a bouquet of roses and lilies, and a bottle of sparkling rose of which we all discovered after our evening out.

The next day I saw a JW associate and asked if she worked with Olive. When she said yes, I was elated and immediately asked her to thank Olive for her contribution in making our stay extra meaningful. When she informed me that she would be at reception, I eagerly rode the elevator to find her smiling face. Nearly brought to tears, I thanked her personally and she was the most gracious in extending an invitation to come stay again.

I will never forget our anniversary celebrations and have been touched by the caring vibes of Olive and the team at JW Marriott Arts District. I am forever grateful for the acknowledgement of our special day and the thoughtfulness, effort, and elevated hospitality that Olive and the team at the JW executed throughout the weekend.. I cannot thank them enough!
