I’ve had a great experience at The Core, and a big reason for that is Renee Salinas, the leasing manager. Renee is such a nice guy. He is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and always made me feel welcome. It’s clear he really cares about the residents and the community. If you’re considering The Core, working with Renee makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience touring the Core apartments. The community is modern, clean, and has a great layout that immediately feels welcoming. Rene gave us the tour and could not have been more helpful. He answered every question with patience, showed us all the details that matter, and made the whole process easy. The amenities were impressive, and the units themselves were even better in person. I left feeling confident that this would be an amazing place to live. Highly recommend checking it out.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Core Apartments. The property is always clean and well-maintained. The gym is nice and the pools are open often. The staff is super friendly. Huge shoutout to Juan. He’s always on top of things, super helpful, and makes sure residents are taken care of. Great service goes a long way!
