Stayed here about a year ago but we had an amazing time staying for our friends 40th birthday. When you first walk in to the check in counter it smells pleasant and looks incredible.
We made sure to stop by the hidden pizza spot and it was so good, glad we went. The food court is cool too, plenty of quick options to choose from. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to make reservations at any of the nicer restaurants but we definitely will next time.
The actual casino portion, all the dealers were super pleasant and funny to be around at least at the tables we went to. Normal bartenders that roam around for you to order from at the tables and slots. We had a great time gambling with our friends.
It’s conveniently located as well close to and attached to other very nice hotels so walking around is easy. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos while we were in the hotel on the Vegas trip lol but Would absolutely stay here again!

I have stayed in alot of the strip casinos, honestly this was my first stay at the cosmo and we loved it. I can totally say they have the best services on casino floor, gambled for hours never wanted for a drink. I went to gamble in 8 casinos on this trip and only 1 other did I even get offered a drink. Rooms and clean and in great shape. They have awesome restaurants, really nice VIP lounges if you can get in and lots of easy to locate bathrooms. This will definitely be a top choice for us!

Let me start off by saying the staff at the Cosmopolitan was kind and not problematic, but I won’t be staying here again especially at the price point this hotel charges. I paid $600 for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with a friend. We experienced several issues. First, our shower drain did not drain properly it would easily overflow if I wasn’t there to turn the shower off while I was showering. Second, there is a double sink in the bathroom however the right bathroom sink was not draining properly due to a piece of gum/candy clearly being stuck in it and it is missing the drain cover. These issues should have already been corrected before we arrived. We are two women and stayed for just 2 nights so we were not comfortable with maintenance workers coming in here and interrupting our stay to fix it while we’re relaxing in our room trying to enjoy my birthday. Would you want your plumbing fixed while you’re on a vacation? Probably not. Third, the Cosmopolitan decided it would be a great idea to implement new software programs for checking in/out as we were checking out. The line of people was very long and the workers appeared confused on navigating this new software. Shouldn’t a company host a training session so the workers know how to operate under new conditions before you just start using it on real people who are trying to catch a flight? Hopefully someone sees my feedback and corrects it for the next guest. As for me and my loved ones, we will be investing our money into staying somewhere else next time.
