This place was phenomenal. The atmosphere, the sound, the HOTEL😍 I made a trip here for the first time and the atmosphere is just dreamy and enchanting. It is such a unique building, and it shakes and creaks, but is still so comforting and beautiful. This place is a gem!🤩

McMenamins Crystal Ballroom is one of my favorite venues I have been to. It has that standard McMenamins charm and I love how intimate the floor is with the performance. It makes for a very inclusive experience. My second favorite part is feeling the floor bouncing beneath you.

We were extremely impressed with the Crystal Ballroom's ada accommodations! We saw They Might be Giants this time (they were phenomenal!!!!!). Staff was really on it! We thought we'd have to wait until the venue cleared out to exit, but they totally cleared a path to the elevator. We were also offered cold water during the show, so we didn't have to leave the area to get a drink.
